The Stampe tour handicap is a culmination of the last 3-5 years worth of players scoring (with just a few gaps). We use this to determine a player’s flight in a given tournament. It's weighted on course difficulty and performance from past scores.  All Stampe Tour handicaps are updated through the 2007 British Open
