Stampe is one of the four original members and the long-time president of Tournament Central. He was the 1997 Player of the Year and most recently won at the 2004 Memorial when he scorched the front side with a two-under 33 enroute to a 74 at Eaglesticks. One of the only players to have won the career slam. Served as an assistant high school basketball coach for Worthington Christian, West and Beechcroft high school's. Stampe is an erratic player who's strength's include his chipping game and putting inside ten feet.
